If you contact BaBlo Marbella for our property/agency services, communicate with us, subscribe to our mailing list, want to be an affiliate agent or do any kind of business with us, this will result in us collecting personal data about you or your company.

We also collect information provided if you fill in one of the forms, which may include contact information (your title, name, surname, nationality, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your telephone number) that we decide to use for marketing purposes.

If you buy, use our services or sell a property with us, BaBlo Marbella will add more data to this information (economic and financial, other personal circumstances, date of birth etc…), which you will be asked for in order to comply with Spanish Laws and Regulations and for us to fully provide the service we offer.
